Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. In a bowl, mix together spinach, feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture.
  5. Secure the pocket with toothpicks and place on a baking sheet.
