Glaze:
- Spiral-cut gammon, which is fully cooked.
- Granny Smith apples,
- whole-grain mustard,
- Dijon mustard,
- honey,

the oven to make room for the standing gammon. Set the oven to 350 degrees

Put the apple slices between the ham slices, spacing them

Using a brush, go over the ham’s whole surface. One hour of baking.
The ham should be baked for another hour, until the outside
is crispy, brushing the ham with the pan juices. Before serving the gammon
heated, brush it again with the pan juices.
Put Apples In It

teaspoon ground cardamom (or cinnamon), - 1/4 cup honey.
Instructions.
